information are stored on our server in an unrecoverable encoded format,
making it nearly impossible for a cracker (hacker) to discover how that
information is transacted with our backend.
Ownership of Intellectual Property
Excelsior Internet Services (EIS) retains ownership of any communication
sent to us. This information can be used for the purpose of providing member
support and/or as testimonials for use in our marketing material. Such usages
will never contain any personally identifiable data, and any references to
you will be limited to only your first name, city, state/province, and/or
country. No other personal details will be used in any such manner without
your explicit consent.
